To start Quest Recovery E and Ether Ticket Accretia, visit TOOL NPC in Armory 213.
Left click Tool NPC, and then pick the Quest.
Snatcher’s Ruin
Need to examine the 2 relics in Catacomb and Snatcher Gate to acquire the Novajan’s relic in the Armory-213 area.
Aim
Go find Relics of Catacombs (Armory 213)
Go find Relics of Snatcher Gate (Armory 213)
Still in Armory 213 go to Catacombs area to find Relics of Catacombs. Go to Snatcher Gate area to find Snatcher Gate.
After you visited the relics, click Look Around button to finish the quest.
For the Last Relic
Need to collect 5 eyes from King Tweezer inside the Catacomb and Snatcher gate of Armory-213. And then deliver it to NC-49001, NPC in Armory-213.

Deliver this item to TOOLS (Armory 213)
Where to loot King Twizer’s Eye ?
Kill King Tweezer (Normal) around Cruel Moor, and they will drop King Tweezer’s Eye. Collect 5 of them and deliver it to TOOL NPC in Armory 213.

Need to talk to Snatcher, caught in the outpost, with the visual disturbance amulet.

The Last Relic [Party Quest]
Need to examine and acquire the relics by eliminating Rook Snatcher inside the Snatcher shrine of HQ. In order to acquire the relic of Snatcher shrine, you need both relics from Catacomb and Snatcher Gate.
Aim
Kill 1 of Rook Snatcher
Observe Relics of Snatcher Shrine
Back to HQ, go to Snatcher Shrine. Kill Rook Snatcher (PitBoss), and find Relics of Snatcher Shrine, click Look Around to finish the quest.
