To start Quest Buildup Offense Defense Potion Accretia, visit NC-5874 [Expensive Normal Armor Suit Vendor], located on 25 67 inside ACCRETIA HQ.
Left click Expensive Normal Armor Suit Vendor NPC, click the QUEST and pick the quest “First Aid”.
Unfortunately this Expensive NormalArmor Suit Vendor NPC was removed since RF Online AoP 4.15, 4.151, and 4.55 The NPC replaced to Expensive Normal Armor Suit Vendor 2 with no quest button.
So, you can’t start this quest, unless playing in RF Online Old version.
First Aid
Need to snatch 5 protectors from the Ghost around the Crater Valley and Ancient People’s altar around HQ for emergency medical treatment of the NPC attacked by the Novus creature. And then talk to the NPC infront of Ancient people’s altar.

Need to recollect the NPC’s old accessory, GQ-1, taken away by Grumble hook in the Ancient people’s altar, and return it to NPC.
Need to meet X, the veteran, to return NPC’s old accessory into original. He is around the Unmanned gathering machine in Armory-117.
