– You can access it by click the blue marked button on your lower right like this picture

Collection Item window information
A : Collection Item Stage
This window will show you the stage of collection item library, there are several stage and it will be more difficult the higher the stage.
B : Collection Item Library
This window will show you the items you need to complete the category and the bonus stat you will get when you complete them
C : Filter Button
This button will help you to filter the bonus stat that you want to collect. When you select a particular stat, the window will display a collection of library items that provide bonuses to the stat you selected only.
D : Collection Item Progress and Bonus Stat
This window will show you the progress of your completed collection items and bonus stats you already get.
How To Use Collection Item
A : Collect the items that listed on library
If you have the required item in the inventory, the item icon will be active.
A : Follow the instruction pictures to register the items
Follow this steps!
Click OK.
All the registered items will be deleted from inventory for collection item

2. How to use the item:
– Right click on the item 
Collection Inventory Update Package and you will get the following items:
Sealed dragonborn items that obtained from 
Collection Inventory Tutorial Package box are =
Sealed Dragonborn Saber
Sealed Dragonborn Bulova
Sealed Dragonborn Bow
These booty items, you can start collecting by navigate Special stage, and then collect them all.
Once you collected these sealed dragonborn booty items, you will be granted ATK +30.0.

Item Drop List Dragonborn Update Adjustment
Since Dragonborn update, all monsters item loots has been modified by CCR. all monsters now drop loots 10 level equipment under Monster level.

in RF Online Remastered 2023, official said:
In the Dragon Born update, there will be adjustments to item drops on all hunting maps as follows:
- The number of item drops will be increased.
- Rare-D weapons/armor/shields can be obtained from regular monsters (except Pitbosses). The item level will be adjusted depending on the hunting map. Rare-D items obtained from regular monsters are Super Rare.
- Level 75 weapons/armor/shields can be obtained from regular monsters (except Pitbosses) in the Elf map.

[NPC HQ] Normal Equipment level 16 – level 33
It’s pretty easy to start collecting weapons, armors and shields normal grade for level 16 to 33.
Go to Outpost (Accretia Outpost / Bellato Outpost / Cora Outpost).
Find Weapon NPC and Armor NPC, and then buy all normal equipment items from there. Start from level 16 to level 33 !
Buy Weapons and Shields from level 16 to 33 in Weapon NPC.
Buy all Armors part from level 16 to 33 in Armor NPC.
And then start collecting those normal equipments!
[HQ] – LVL 4 – LVL 22
For Normal and Intense Equipment level 15-22 can be obtained only in HQ monsters. (Accretia HQ, Bellato HQ, Cora HQ)
