Patron set! Armors level 70 are way cooler than old fashioned white colored 57-60-63-65-67 armor set. Patron set more like Dark Green version of level 53 armors.
To begin craft level 70 weapons, armors and shield, you need to collect required craft material:

All three races (Accretia – Bellato – Cora) can access Novajan map from Ether of Heaven map or use teleport portal. Some monsters are 
Hero type (The Big One), if you don’t strong enough, you will get killed by them only 1 hit!.
Patron Weapon Level 70 Craft
The required material to craft level 70 Patron Weapon is Flawless Metallic Crystal. Flawless Metallic Crystal also translated as Elite Metallic Crystal or [Master] Metallic Crystal only dropped from Snatcher family in Novajan.

Monsters need to kill:
- Snatcher Sniper

You can find these Snatcher family (Snatcher Sniper, and Snatcher Archer) in the labyrinth area of Novajan Fortress area. And Regular Army Snatcher Rex in Wailing Valley area.
Patron Armor Level 70 Craft [Helmet, Upper, Gloves]
The required material to craft level 70 Patron Armor [Helmet, Upper and Gloves] is Flawless Stone Crystal. Flawless Stone Crystal also translated as Elite Stone Crystal or [Master] Stone Crystal only dropped from Crawler family in Novajan.

Destroyed Novazan Island Farm Spot (Crawler Family)
Monsters need to kill:
- Regular Army Teledun Warrior
- Crawler Axe Soldier
- Teledun Warrior

You can find these Crawler family (Regular Army Teledun Warrior, Regular Army Crawler Rex, Teledun Warrior) around Novajan Campsite, Forest of Memory, and Crawler Rex Soldier spawn at gate of Novajan Fortress (before entering Labyrinth).
Patron Armor Level 70 Craft [Lower, Shoes, Shield]
The required material to craft level 70 Patron Armor [Lower, Shoes and Shield] is Flawless Mineral Crystal. Flawless Stone Crystal also translated as Elite Mineral Crystal or [Master] Mineral Crystal only dropped from Crawler family in Novajan.

Monsters need to kill:
- Regular Army Vafer Warrior
- Regular Army Vafer Rex
You can find these Vafer family (Regular Army Vafer Rex) in Gridaerum Grave Site (GGS), and Blade Rock Island (BRI) area, and Regular Vafer Warrior around Forest of Memory area.
Summary
You can only farm materials to craft Patron Weapon level 70, Patron Armor level 70 and shield level 70 in Destroyed Novazan Island or known as Novajan. Just remember the type of monsters you want to kill:
- Snatcher family = crafting patron weapon
- Crawler family = crafting patron armor (helmet, upper and gloves)
- Vafer family = crafting patron armor (lower, shoes) and shield 70.
