To begin craft level 67 weapons, armors and shield, you need to collect required craft material:

Your character need to have at least 67 equipments to begin farm item craft materials. Since the monsters already nerfed by CCR and now the Jetso Island are isolated (means that other races can’t entry to your race’s Jetso Island Map), you can kill all monsters safe and sound in Jetso Island.
Weapon Level 67 Craft
The required material to craft weapon level 67 is High-Grade Metallic Crystal. High-Grade Metallic crystal can be obtained from Jetso Island’s monster.

High-Grade Stone Crystal can be obtained from Jetso’s Haunted Splinter and Cruel Black Crow Carnivore monsters which spawn in Bio Lab and Incubator area.
High-Grade Stone Crystal also can be obtained from monster “Jetso Low Red Mained Splinter” which spawn in Winding Bridge area.

- Jetso’s Haunted Splinter
- Jetso’s Low Red Mained Splinter
Note
Champion Monsters have slight high attack and defense than 
Normal, and 
Ace. In Winding Bridge area, next to Jetso’s Low Red Mained Splinter, it will be spawn a crazy frog “Jetso’s Mid Volcanic Demolisher“.
Armor Level 67 Craft [Lower, Shoes, Shield]
The required material to craft armor (Lower, Shoes, and Shield) level 67 is High-Grade Mineral Crystal.

These monsters spawn around incubator, bio lab and winding bridge area ✅
Summary
You can only farm materials to craft weapon level 67 (Advanced Saint), armor level 67 (Advanced Saint) and shield level 67 in Jetso Island (Wild Beast), since this map is isolated to your race, you can kill monsters safe and sound in here. Also it’s not recommended to go to the lower area of this Jetso Island map for farming, its have over-powered attack and defense version of Tweezer, and Frog.
