Description	Type C Shield is an intense-type shield with additional special effects. A Type-C shield also can reduce the requirement of levels and PT on the shield, so non-warrior job can also use advanced shield.

How to Combine

Go to HERO NPC in your HQ, and click Combination menu.

Recipe

• 1 of Level 39~50 Intense Shield +1 to +5
• 10 of Red Stone
• 1 of Purple Excelsiar C
• 99 of Purple Excelsiar Pieces
• 10 of Armor Ability Item

How to get these required materials?

Case : Intense Shield (Intense Platinum Protector +4 or +5)

Let’s say we want to have Anti-Sharp Intense Thick Protector. We must already have Intense Shield level 47 : Intense Thick Protector

If you haven’t this shield yet, you can do crafting with following this recipe crafting shield , loot from monsters if you’re lucky or you can buy from other player (Read: Trading). You also need to upgrade the shield at least to +4 or +5 (to make it safe to upgrade to Type-C) favor talic.

Red Stone

Red stone can be obtained from processing Ore+1 +2 or +3 after Mining if your race win the chip-war, or you can buy from cash shop “Red Stone Box “.

Purple Excelsiar Pieces

Purple Excelsiar Pieces can be obtained from loot after killing monsters. (Read: Excelsiar Pieces)

Purple Excelsiar C

Purple Excelsiar C can be obtained from Excelsiar combination in Hero NPC :

30 Purple Excelsiar Pieces + 20 Silver Catalyst + 10 Gold Catalyst = 1 Excelsiars C

Armor Ability Item

Armor Ability Item can only obtain from Inventor Toolbox . List all armor ability can be used for Type-C Shield combination:

You can know how many levels can be decreased on the shield by checking RFDB ! Just type the name of item, and you will know ~ If you’re lucky, you can achieve Anti-Sharp Intense Thick Protector decreased level from level 47 to level 41.
