Level 65 set also known as Saint set. To begin craft level 65 weapons, armors and shield, you need to collect required craft material:

Your character need to have at least 65 equipments to begin farm item craft materials. If you have already level 65 up, don’t worry, all monsters in bio2 still drop the item loots. This place full of agressiveness-type monster, so be careful and watch your step!
Weapon Level 65 Craft
The required material to craft weapon level 65 is Mid-Grade Metallic Crystal. Mid-Grade Metallic crystal can be obtained from Mutant Whiten, Spector, and Dark sign Unit Executor.

Cartella Bio Laboratory 2F Farm Spot
Monsters need to kill:
- Mutant Whiten
- Spector
- Dark Sign Executor
Note:
While Dark Sign Monsters spot are bit crowded high-defense monsters population, i suggest to you only farm from Mutant Whiten and Spector monsters.
Armor Level 65 Craft [Helmet, Upper, Gloves]
The required material to craft armor (Helmet, Upper, and Gloves) level 65 is Mid-Grade Stone Crystal. Mid-Grade Stone crystal can be obtained from Spector Junior.

Becareful! aside this tiny monster have aggresiveness, they also have force-skill 
“Entangle” which can restrict your movement speed temporarily!
Armor Level 65 Craft [Lower, Shoes, Shield]
The required material to craft armor (Lower, Shoes, and Shield) level 65 is Mid-Grade Mineral Crystal Mid-grade Mineral crystal can be obtained mainly from Rage siecle.

Watch your step, or the King “King Mutant Whiten” can agressive and kill you!
Summary
You can only farm materials to craft weapon level 65, armor level 65 and shield level 65 in Cartella Bio Laboratory 2F (Bio 2). You can only enter Cartella Bio Lab 2F map from Cartella Lab 1F or use a teleport portal.
Mid-Grade Metallic Crystal to craft Weapon.
Mid-Grade Stone Crystal to craft Armor Helmet, Upper, and Gloves.
